Welcome to the Letter’s End Exploratorium! Explore the themes, images, and inspirations that have contributed to Letter's End, the globally-touring, award-winning theatrical phenomenon from the magical mind of Wolfe Bowart. 

Our original plan was to invite Wolfe to perform Letter's End back in Tucson, Arizona, the birthplace of the production, but the pandemic had other plans for us. Fortunately, the show was filmed during Wolfe's last Australia tour, and the Scoundrel & Scamp Theatre is proud to be the exclusive presenter of that filmed performance.

To augment the experience, earlier this year Wolfe Bowart reached out to renowned artists across the international performance sphere and conducted a series of interviews. His goal — to explore the kinds of art, inspirations and processes that embody the spirit of Letter’s End with artists like Avner Eisenberg aka Avner the Eccentric, acrobat-comedian-juggler Joel Salom, and "the magician's magician" John Carney, among others. These interviews form the heart of Wolfe's Exploratorium.

Like Letter’s End itself, Wolfe's interviews with fellow masters in their fields are quirky, entertaining and heartwarming. We hope you enjoy roaming through the Exploratorium, and then settle in to enjoy Letter’s End, streaming online through May 23rd, 2021.
