Box Office Agent

Department: Audience Care

Supervisor: Box Office Manager

Hours: Part-time & Variable / Coinciding with S&S Productions

NOTE: This position consists ENTIRELY of night and weekend shifts, reflective of S&S showtimes. 

As Box Office Agent, you’ll participate with a team of box office staff to facilitate a culture of friendliness, professionalism and audience care for our front of house interactions. You’ll serve customers, both over the phone and in person, providing information on all current performances, workshops and packages, the prices of all offerings, and other possible events taking place at the Scoundrel & Scamp. You are responsible for running ticket front of house interactions in a smooth, effective, and financially-responsible manner. In addition, you are responsible for assisting the House Manager and Ushers as requested.

Assistant Carpenter

Hours: 10 hours weekly (on average)
Rate: $15 per hour

As Assistant Carpenter, you will assist the Technical Director with construction and installation of scenic elements, and fill lumber purchase orders. You will assist the Scenic Painter with scenic painting tasks as requested and act as the Staff Host for some third-party rentals as requested by management which will require familiarization with basic operations of the theater’s lighting and sound equipment.

Assistant Technician

Hours: 10 hours weekly (on average)
Rate: $15 per hour

As Assistant Technician you will welcome and provide hosting and technical support for our lighting and sound equipment to Third Party rentals in our intimate 105-seat theater. You will be key to our mission to provide a friendly welcoming environment for theater & dance organizations that need a home for their productions. You will serve a key part of our S&S Technical Team.
